One of the most frustrating things is when you have someone who flakes out and doesn’t show up for a sales call or consultation.
So today we’re gonna talk about how to increase the chances of that person showing up. Now, I don’t know about you, but it really grinds my gears when someone ghosts me, when they flake out. So what can you do?
Well, there’s this whole thing called the onboarding process. So how do you get these people to show up? Obviously, the whole funnel and all that stuff before the person comes in, higher quality leads, yeah that’s important. We’ve talked about that, but once they’re in there, what can you do? Seriously, just adding testimonial videos in that onboarding process can help increase the conversions on the chances of someone actually showing up.
If you’re sending text messages as part of your onboarding process before they show up for a call, make sure there’s a testimonial video in there somewhere.
Second thing is, if you’re doing emails, make sure there’s some sort of social proof in that process as well. Where people drop the ball is if they actually sell the person and close them before they show up maybe for a first session you may need to even overcome the fear of buyer’s remorse before someone shows up for their actual training sessions.
So having testimonials and videos like that in there is going to help them as well. So having a personal onboarding process and then having your clients actually do a lot of the work for you is going to help quite a bit.
So throw some testimonial videos in the onboarding process and watch what happens.
